Robert Ha











Excutive Director

Robert, a multi-lingual entrepreneur and community leader, founded a travel and notary business in Edmonds, Washington, catering to the Asian community. His diverse background includes work as a bilingual instructor and counselor at the Seattle Bilingual Program. Robert’s involvement with the Seattle-Kaoshuing Sister City Association and his role as Chairman of the International District Historical Preservation Board demonstrate his commitment to community engagement. As Executive Director of the Asian Service Center, he oversees a robust suite of programs, strategy, and external relations. Inspired by his parents’ leadership in Chinese Refugee Organizations, Robert, a Christian, upholds the principle of loving our neighbors as ourselves.

Executive Development Officer

Crystal, an experienced professional with nearly two decades in strategy, development, and management roles at Fortune 500 companies, serves as co-founder and Executive Development Officer. Her expertise spans managing multicultural relationships, strategic planning, operations, special events, and volunteer management. Crystal’s commitment has earned her recognition, including being named Most Dedicated Employee of the Year at Wal-Mart and a Regional Winner for the Shared Success Program at Nielsen. Beyond her professional achievements, she is deeply passionate about community service, volunteering at local schools and community churches. Guided by her Christian beliefs, she strives to empower the immigrant community in all aspects of life.

Annette Lee












Digital Expereince Officer

Annette, a former participant in the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program, dedicated over a decade to impacting students’ lives and supporting their English language learning. She recognized the need for improved classroom team-teaching and founded Eigo Ganbare, a website that fosters partnerships between Japanese Teachers of English and Assistant Language Teachers to create communicative lessons for students. Beyond teaching, she contributed to innovative solutions for online education at U.S. EdTech startups. Her passion extends to helping underserved communities, aiming to bring hope, confidence, and happiness. As a Christian with diverse life experiences, she empathizes with both challenges and opportunities.
